We hate to see you go. If you’re considering deleting your account, we’d love the opportunity to help address any concerns and possibly convince you to stay. Please consider giving us a call or sending us an email so we can discuss this further.

Athlete Profile Account Deletion:

To delete your athlete profile account:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to subscription and payment on your edit profile menu.
  3. Click Cancel Account.

Please note that you will no longer have access to your account after your current billing cycle has ended. 

The account will be deleted permanently.

Locker Room Account Deletion

To delete your locker room account:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to the privacy and security on your edit profile menu or click link below. 
  3. Send an email to cancel@athleticsexchangezone.com. Your account will be deleted within 72 hours.

Please note that you will no longer have access to your account.

The account will be deleted permanently.

If you need to reset your password, simply follow these steps:

1. If you are not logged in, click the login button on the home page.

2. Click on “Forgot Password.”

3. Enter your email address to receive a link to reset your password.

4. Change your password using the link provided.

Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll be back in business! Let me know if you need any further assistance.

If you are already logged in, you will need to know your old password to change it. Go to the Privacy and Security Settings tab on your edit profile page. Select the reset password option,

  1. enter your old password

  2. enter your new password

  3. and confirm the new password again.

Select change, and you are all set!

Change Your Email Login

To change your email login, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Privacy and Security Settings tab on your edit profile page.

2. Select the Change Email Option and set a new login email.

3. Choose “Send Confirmation Code.”

4. Check your email for the confirmation code and complete the process.
